Gesports Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") operates Aarees (accessible at aarees.com), an AI-powered platform for content creators. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our services.
1. What Aarees is
Aarees is a personal assistant you use on WhatsApp, operated by Gesports Pvt Ltd ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you use it and what we do with it.
2. Information we collect
2.1 What you send us
- Your WhatsApp number and display name, and your name if you give it.
- The messages, voice notes, photos, documents and videos you send to the Aarees number, and the replies and files it sends back.
- Preferences and facts you tell it to remember (language, city, usual orders, projects), kept in your own private workspace.
- Reminders and scheduled tasks you ask for.
- Payment status from our payment provider. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
2.2 What we collect automatically
- Timestamps, message counts and which capability was used, for metering and fair use.
- Error and performance logs so we can fix things.
2.3 Waitlist
If you join the waitlist on aarees.com we store your number, optional name and role, and your consent to one WhatsApp message when your invite is ready. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
3. How we use it
- To do what you asked: read your file, make your document, place your order, send your reminder.
- To remember your context so you never have to repeat yourself. Your memory is yours alone.
- To meter usage against your plan and keep the service fair for everyone.
- To fix problems and keep the service secure.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
4. Who processes your data
To do the work, your request and any file you attach are sent to the AI and media providers we use, currently Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, Replicate, ElevenLabs and Freepik, and to Brave for web search. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Each processes data under its own policy and does not keep it beyond what is needed to answer.
5. Isolation between members
Every member has a separate assistant, memory and workspace on our servers. One member's data is never visible to another member's assistant.
6. Storage and retention
Data is stored on our servers in the EU. Your workspace and conversation history are kept while you are a member and for 30 days after you leave, then deleted. Backups roll off within 14 days. Ask us to delete everything sooner and we will.
7. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by messaging the Aarees number or writing to the address below. Reply STOP to stop reminders and proactive messages.
8. Cookies
aarees.com uses no analytics cookies. It stores only your light or dark theme choice in your browser.
9. Children
Aarees is for people 18 and over.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will tell you on WhatsApp before the change applies.
