Terms of Service

These terms cover aarees.com and the aarees service (the "Service"), operated by Gesports Pvt Ltd ("we"). By signing up or using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

aarees gives each member a personal AI assistant with its own memory. Direct chat runs on WhatsApp at +91 90047 01406, on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. Enterprise runs in a Discord workspace on a dedicated server for your team. Features may change over time.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. Direct chat is one member per WhatsApp number. If you sign up for an organisation, you confirm you can bind it to these terms. Keep your phone and accounts secure; activity through your number or workspace is your responsibility.

3. Invites

• Direct chat is invite only. An invite code (it looks like AAR-7K2P9QXM) is single-use, tied to the member who shared it, and expires 30 days after it's issued.
• We let people in in waves. Joining the waitlist or messaging the number puts you in line, but doesn't guarantee a seat, a price or a date.
• Each member gets 3 invites unless we tell you otherwise. Don't sell or publicly post codes; we may cancel codes that are.

4. Plans, credits and billing

• Direct chat: a monthly plan in Indian rupees, including 18% GST. Founding members (the first 100 paid memberships) pay ₹499 a month, early bird members (the next 500) pay ₹699, and everyone after that pays ₹999. Your monthly price stays the same for as long as your subscription stays active. If it lapses or you cancel, rejoining is at the price open at that time.
• Each plan includes 5,000 credits a month, which reset at each renewal, plus 20 credits a day. Credits are used in this order: daily, then monthly, then packs. Plain chat uses no credits for your first month.
• Credit packs (Spark, Boost, Power, Vault) are one-off purchases. Pack credits don't expire while your membership is active. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
• Enterprise: USD 269 a month plus USD 49 a month for each extra seat, or as agreed in writing.
• Billing runs through Razorpay, by UPI autopay or card, monthly until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime by telling aarees in the chat or emailing support@aarees.com. We cancel your subscription and you aren't charged again. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
• Payments already made are non-refundable unless the law says otherwise. If you think you were charged in error, write to us within 7 days.
• Fair use applies. If usage puts the service at risk for others, we'll tell you first.

5. Your approval

aarees drafts and prepares; you decide. Anything sent, paid or posted in your name waits for your tap. You are responsible for what you approve. AI can be wrong: check facts, figures and anything legal, medical or financial before you rely on them. aarees is not a lawyer, accountant, doctor or financial adviser.

6. Wellbeing

aarees can be a sounding board, but it is not a medical, mental-health, crisis or emergency service, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you're in crisis, call Tele-MANAS on 14416 (India, free, 24x7). In an emergency, call 112 (India) or your local emergency number.

7. Human support

You can ask for a person at any time. A human may review conversations only for support, and only flagged ones or when you ask, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, harass anyone, spam, attack our systems or other members, or resell the Service without our written OK. Don't use it to break WhatsApp's or Discord's own terms. We may suspend or end access for breaches.

9. Your content and accounts

You own what you send and what aarees makes for you. You give us permission to process it only to run the Service for you. We do not use it to train AI models. When you connect your own accounts, you confirm you're allowed to, and their terms still apply.

10. Third-party services

The Service runs on WhatsApp (Meta), Discord, AI and media providers and, if you connect them, services like Google, Notion, Swiggy and Zomato. Payments run on Razorpay. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we're not responsible for their outages or changes.

11. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Changes and contact
