aarees is a digital service. Nothing physical is shipped.
Your aarees assistant is delivered in WhatsApp chat at +91 90047 01406. It starts as soon as your payment setup is confirmed, usually within a minute. You get a "Free trial on" message in the chat when it is live.
Credit packs are added to your account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes, and aarees tells you in the chat.
If your trial or credits haven't arrived within 30 minutes of a successful payment, message aarees on WhatsApp or email support@aarees.com with your payment ID and we will fix it or refund you.
